ZhiZhen Tan Temple Dinner
Thank you to all volunteer who help out in the dinner outing.
Together with the Home residents, nurse, volunteers from
Health Management International (HMI), we proceeds to Pungol Road for the dinner organized by ZhiZhen Tan Temple.
Once we reach there, students from Seng Kang Secondary school help us to unload the elderly from the bus. The student are a great help and all are well trained to handle the wheelchair.
While having our dinner, there is various performance by students, and the organizer.
All the elderly are enjoying themselve at the dinner, our table is among the top eater in the SN Home, we got 3 serving of the fish. Ah Leng favourite is the fish, he is enjoying himself finishing the fish head.
All in all, everyone is having a great time there.

Dinner for SN Home residents at ZhiZhen Tan Temple

20 Oct 2007 at ZhiZhen Tan Temple in the open field next to ESSO petrol station along Punggol Road.
We need at least 25 SNM Volunteer to help us.We will be taking 10 walkers, 35 wheelchairs bound residents to ZhiZhen Tan Temple. Currently we have HMI is giving 24 students from HMI, 6 SN Home staff helping out. We still
need at least 25 volunteers from SN Home to help.
They will provide 3 big bus and SN Home vehicles x 2 for wheelchair residents. We have to leave by 4:30 pm from SNM. Function is over @ 8:30 pm.
Due to this event, we will not have our normal service at the home.As such, SN Home volunteer who are available for the event, kindly met 4pm at the Day Care Centre. The bus will go off at 4.30pm we need to come early to help wheel the elderly down.
